I love the local church! It is the hope of the world, bringing people the Good News that Jesus is our savior, healer, and friend.
After a number of years serving the Lord through business, I responded to God’s call to church leadership by accepting Oak Dale’s call to serve as their pastor. It’s been a great 25 plus years.
Naomi and I have enjoyed living in the Salisbury community. To our children, Salisbury is home. We love the warm summer days as well as the cold snowy winters. One of our favorite activities is walking, either hiking mountain trails or walking through Salisbury chatting with friendly neighbors.
My passion is to live my life coming to Jesus and helping others accept Jesus’ invitation: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you because I am humble and gentle, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke fits perfectly, and the burden I give you is light.” Matthew 11. 28-30
